Spam Option vanishes

Hello

I am bombarded with spam.
At first I see the spam option below the thread but after a few times it's gone.

It does not show up as link.
Clearing the browser cache or logout and login does not help.

Any suggestions?

Admin CP -> Home -> Options -> Spam Management -> Spam Cleaner User Criteria

The spam cleaner option is available to mods for "new" users based on this criteria.

It was mentioned in Jake's resource, but I highly reccomend this - http://xenforo.com/community/resources/keycaptcha-interactive-captcha.987/

I've had no automated spam from it.
