Fixed Spam cleaner doesn't remove Gravatars

Gravatars do not set "avatar_date", and as such, Gravatars are not removed when a user is banned with the Spam Cleaner.

Thank you for reporting this issue. The issue is now resolved and we are aiming to include that in a future XF release (2.0.12).

Change log:

Handle avatar deletes via the spam cleaner for gravatars too.

Any changes made as a result of this issue being resolved may not be rolled out here until later.
