The xenforo spam cleaner bans IPs, but there is no log of the ban. (the spam cleaner log doesn't list this)
If you ban an IP in XenForo core then you have no way of later finding out why the IP was banned and when.
Xenforo does not have a central IP ban log, which means that addons that ban IP's each need to have an IP ban log. If you run multiple addons to protect your site against spammers and other abuse, then you will likely end up with multiple IP ban logs and probably addons that do not have such.
When a user asks why their IP was banned, then it frequently occurs that I have no way of telling why.
We just see a long list of IP bans with no clue about date, reason or method.
With something so serious as a ban, we should really be able to tell people why they have been banned.
Please add a central IP ban log that logs all IP bans, with reason and if an addon ads an expiration time list this as well.
This will allow staff to find out why and when a IP address was banned.
