I don't understand. I upgraded xenforo to 1.4.7 and then softresponsive to 3.3.5, but in the admincp, I still see this:

Its a bug in XenForo.

When you install any add-on, XenForo sets last modification time for that add-on's templates to whenever you have installed it. So any third party styles that have those templates customized will show up as out of date.

You can ether ignore those messages or edit those templates once (add new line or space somewhere) to get rid of notice.
