Snuffleupagus can't install

Cpanel was changed from one server to another and now they can't enable Snuffleupagus for some reason

The forum can be used probably because of this

Any solutions please ?

Snuffleupagus is not actually a requirement. In actual fact, it’s usually better if it’s off. The server environment report is for support and troubleshooting purposes. This entry is there because sometimes if it’s enabled and not configured correctly, it will cause problems.

So the recommendation is to keep it disabled.

There is an android add-on called S9e doesn't work at all now ever since this happened

Not sure if others will be given problems too
