I want seting smtp in Email options , I use google app service But, User don't password reset request has been emailed for System website. No Server errors have been logged.
If there are no server errors then we can assume the SMTP connection is working at which point you will need to examine the outgoing mail logs on your mail host to see what is happening to the emails.
You should also confirm the correct SMTP info in your Admin CP, but I assume that isn't a problem since there are no connection errors in the log.
