XF 2.0 Smilies size

Hi

I have added smilies but their size look weird
Please check the attatchment
How to fix it?

That's due to the size of the graphics themselves.... you will have to resize them to be consistent with the others. I forget what the default sizes are.
It's not something that is handled (resizing the images) in XF.
They are also a much lower image quality than the shipping ones.
 
Oh but the smilies are smaller than the default xf smilies
Pretty sure the "default" ones are in a sprite sheet.

and it looks like they are 22px by 22px.
What size are the ones you have?

That's like this one is 38x42px.

It looks like those that you have (several of the added ones) are some REALLY old style vBulletin 3.x era ones.

Yes... they need to be in the range that I related above... if they are bigger than that they can start pixelating or they appear in the editor much larger than the other ones.
If you notice, the 22px by 22px are the same size on the screen as the built in ones. I'm sure you will notice those you have are not when you use them in your site editor.
 
As an example - this is not XenForo but in another script I use - you will see that the images are actually different sizes, and they reflect that when used.
