XF 2.3 [Solved] Can we get our smilies back?

After updating to 2.3.4, our members have voiced their (disapproving) surprise at the "new" smilies in REACTIONS and would prefer to get the former ones back. How would I do that?

The reactions didn't change in 2.3.4.

You mention smilies and reactions in your post - you need to clarify which it is.

You can change the emoji source for messages but they are unrelated to smilies and reactions.



Edit: To clarify, the emoji source won't affect reactions if you are using the image replacement URL option, it will if you are using the emoji replacement option.

Right, so I'm talking about the icons/emojis (?) that are reactions to messages. It looks like only the first one of every kind are shown, the rest of members using them are indicated as text. OK.



But the previous emojis (?) looked different and I've been asked to bring them back.



Is this possible? Is this bound to the style?

Sorry, which source would give me the blue thumb back? I have 3 selections. I tried two, I even loaded a replacement emoji (only found in the smilies, so yes, it's confusing).

Where is the emoji replacement option? I must have missed it.

Enter emoji in the ACP search.
