Smilies, BB code toolbar not showing

Something odd seems to have happened last night. My forum no longer shows the toolbar (B, I , U, smilies, etc) when you post a reply or new post. (see screen shot)

I didn't make any changes prior to this happening.

I did a test post and it's showing a page error:

Does this happen for everyone or just you?

If just you then it could be a browser issue.

If everyone, try uploading the files in the upgrade package once more, it may be that some of the files didn't transfer correctly during the FTP process.

Make sure you use the upgrade package so you do not overwrite some of your existing files:

The upgrade package does not include the following files and directories:

.htaccess​

/library/config.php​

/data​

/internal_data​

This was reported to me last night so it must be everyone. Was working all this time though.

I did a test by just typing in the code for a smilie and it showed in the post so the pictures are still there, just not the toolbar.
