Smiley categories in the Shoutbox

I have a question. All my smilies have been categorized but in the shoutbox they all show as they are in one category. why does it do this?

If you would like to receive support, first associate your license with your forum user account and then post in the appropriate section. In this particular case, the appropriate section would appear to be in the discussion thread attached to the Shoutbox add-on resource you're using.
