It's awesome.

The blue icons I feel should be changed for something custom. IMO the blue doesn't suit this theme.

Also to align them correctly probably fix that by changing the following to

Code:
.LoggedIn .discussionListItem .unreadLink, .LoggedIn .discussionListItem .ReadToggle {

top: 18px;}

Not sure whether this will affect anything elsewhere.

Mike @Audentio - good, isn't it? And you can choose which header you want in preferences.
That was inspired by @Mike suggesting people might get tired of the animation.
Thanks for the feedback. Bit of a nightmare, but a great team helped us get through it. @Chris Deeming and @Jake Bunce were especially on the ball.

My fault really for wanting lots of cool addons. Not Xenforo - which runs super fast without any addons. More investigating tomorrow to find out which ones add up the server load.

It is.
I don't think I've ever seen a Toolbar quite like that.
It is very useful and has a modern feel to it.

The ads are very well done. Placement isn't annoying.

The footer is very good.

I don't like the search bar down low ... but maybe it's purposely placed out of the way to lessen it's use ? (or maybe because it's not functional, yet).

Any chance on releasing this? It's so cool that we just gotta have to have it.

When you find out, then please let us know which one it was.

Which addon was causing the slowdown ?
Well we're still narrowing it down.
For a start there was no caching when we launched so APC was employed pretty quickly.
We deactivated all addons and added them small batches at a time. With over 40 addons this took a while.
We found and fixed a bug in one addon and optimised the settings for another.
And we experienced some spikes in one addon which is not critical so we disabled it (which is a shame 'cos I love it).
Then bedtime came and we're knackered.
We're resuming tomorrow. Not pointing any fingers at the moment.

But hey, we're FINALLY FINALLY on Xenforo. I'm DELIGHTED about that.
Hey, Internet Brands! Take your software and SHOVE IT!

I like the use of the Typewriter text. Gives the articles a nice break and feels professional, like AVForums has a printed article versions as well.

I'm seeing a lot of similar complaints in your feedback thread that I saw when we moved from vB. After a few months we're more active than we ever were on vB and nearly everyone says they're happy with the move. I guess some people just don't like change at first.

Should consider PHP 5.5 and Zend OpCache.
