XF 2.1 Size of Account Conversation Area

• Is there an XF setting where the maximum number of conversations for a usergroup can be set?
• Is there an XF setting that can limit the size of a user groups conversation area (in case lots of images/videos are being shared and taking up a lot of server space)?

I looked in the AdminCP "User group permissions"...but didn't see anything.

Neither of those exist as options or permissions.
