We are currently trying to streamline our communication between our mods, super mods, and admins. There are two of us Admins and we are having to take extra time to pass along information that could have been streamlined by being sent to both. If all else fails I can create a message encouraging members to add us both to all conversations. However, from past experience this seems to fall through the cracks in time. I was thinking of creating an "AdminHelp" account, but was wondering if there was a feature where messages to this account could be forwarded directly to our standard administrative accounts to make things simpler. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
