XF 2.0 Sitemap

AFAIK, the XF automatically submits the sitemaps to the Google and Bing Webmasters. Would it be wrong if i manually submit the sitemap to the Google, Bing and other webmasters? What's the best solution for this?
Another thing is i want my forum to be like this.

This is the page what i get when i search for Xenforo on Google.com. I want the same for my forum. Things shows but the search bar is not over there. Is it possible to have this?
I'm using XF 2.0.x

You could manually submit the sitemap, but there really is no need as it is done automatic.

Google decides which sites they show in the search results like that.

What's the preferred method? And advantages/disadvantages of both the option?

Automatic is best, set it and forget it, just check periodically to ensure all is well.
