Fixed Sidebar Escapes When Another Overlay Interferes

Steps to reproduce:

1. Visit the Media Section on XenForo.
2. While on the media index page, hover over your username and click on "preferences" from the drop down menu.
3. Once the overlay loads, the sidebar escapes all the way to the bottom of the page:
   
   
4. The sidebar stays at the bottom of the page even after the overlay is closed.

System:
OS: Windows 7
