XF 2.3 Show only single forum on a webpage?

Is there a way to show only 1 forum on a webpage? What I'd like to do is have an informational Wordpress webpage with only 1 particular forum showing where people can post questions regarding that topic. Is there a way? Thank you!

I know you can make a Xenforo Tab and have just one forum displayed in that tab. or at least you could do that 10 years ago.

For such a niche use, you may just embed a Wordpress forum in the page ?

With the addon above, you can use Xenforo as the comment system for a Wordpress article.
