Add-on Show admin members ignoring each other

We would really like to see an add on that would show admin who is ignoring who and possibly make the member give a reason as to why they want to ignore another member. This could really help the admin identify possible issues on the forum that they might not be aware of.

Would this not be invading your members privacy? I mean if i was to ignore someone on here its MY personal reason for why i ignore them. Not for others to know.. Maybe i just don't like the members posts, or i don't like the member as a person, or they just post way too much. I think this is my personal reason why i choose to ignore them.. I think if there are issues they should be reported not using members privacy to identify them..

Just my opinion..
