Fixed .sexy email support

When creating a user in ACP.

If the email is .sexy it says "Please enter valid email."

.sexy is a valid TLD now.

There are hundreds of new TLDs coming out. I'm waiting for one my self.

From memory, I think this is due to the Zend Framework being out of date with valid TLDs for its validation checks.

I have disabled specific TLD validation for the next 1.3 release.
