Set resource type permissions

I would like to set allowed resource type by user permissions. This is because I wish to only allow staff (moderator & admin usergroups) to upload external download or external purchase. This would also be useful for people who want to use use user upgrades to create upgrades with more allowed resource types.


If this is not possible I am looking to have an addon developed. We also use XFA marketplace addon.
