Lack of interest Separate option for "Time limit on editing post" and "deleting own posts" (minutes)

Right now, there is only one User Group option for this:

How would separating these make it better?

If a user can't delete their post they'll simply edit out the content instead.

Either way, a moderator can restore the deleted/edited post from the post edit history.

I want it like this:

• Time limit on editing post - Unlimited (So that they can update their thread/1st post if they want)
• Deleting own posts - 30 minutes (I don't want my user can delete their post anytime, this is just useful for the short period of time)
