XF 2.1 SEO Friendly URLs issue

I have some issues with SEO Friendy URLs.

Basically some urls are working as expected and others not.

Example, these urls works fine:

Those urls returns 404 not found:

1. mod_rewrite is enabled based on phpinfo.
2. This is my .htacess:

3. I know that the characters on the url are in Greek but I want to still keep it like that. It is 100% normal to be like ther above "strange" characters when we paste them on text fields.
Another notice is that if I uncheck the option "Use full friendly URLs", the above links and others else will start workin as expected, where the change on the url is "index.php?/threads.". But I want to use full seo friendly urls.

Someone to save my life?

The strange thing is that some friendly urls are working while some others not. There are also other Greek sites with greek letters on the urls, with no issues. I'm trying to understand where is the issue...

Try creating thread with same title in the testing forum here on the official board. If they break here as well... File a bug report?

I use xampp, with mod_rewrite enabled plus the default htaccess..

No, I will try the import when I have fix and build all my addons on the localhost as a first "rehearsal". I can't leave it for the last minute .

Notices:
1. Romanize URLs make the url to work. But I need the greek urls, not romanize.
2. Even with romanize urls there is a bug. The accented characters is not appear. Example:

(greek -> wrong -> correct)
Κατατακτήριες -> katataktres -> katataktiries
γίνεται -> gnetai -> ginetai
ήσουν -> soyn -> isoun
σχολείο -> scholeo -> scholeio

etc

The same issue with the accented chars I have it too with tags (see here).
I don't know if that has connection with the bug on my site with non romanize urls. It is very important for me to fix first the greek urls issue

I have spent hours to fix the greek urls issue but the problem is remaining.
I still getting this page:


Some threads are opening as should with no issues, and others (a huge amount) not...

It could be very helpful for me if you can suggest some actions just to see if that will fix.

Maybe the issue is that on my XAMPP / localhost, the url is http://localhost/isxf2 -> I mean that no domain suffix exists like .com etc?
The htaccess specialist can detect something like this on the default xF2 htaccess for fixing?

Sorry for the flooding.
Well, I was able to replicate the bug.

All threads can be opened normally, except those that has on the title the Greek letter "υ". Only the simple "υ", not the accented "ύ".
Threads with "ύ" can be open normally.

The problem is with the "υ".
Is this letter something special on the encoding lands?

Hello all!
I still don't know why on my XAMPP 7.0.3 and 7.4 there is this problem.
But on my online server, ok the romanization still have issues, but the Greek urls all working as expected. I don't have the not found issue.
