XF 1.4 Selected quote/reply not working?

I've upgraded to 1.4 and i think i have an issue. The new feature "selective quote" is not working.
I have also watched the video on how this should work and mine might be different. I have also selective quote enabled in Admin. I have cleared history and cache. Any help will be appreciated

Thanks - just migrated to a style instead of default. still working on it. I tried the default and it worked. I think there is an outdated template which i have reported out to the author.
