XF 1.4 Select, Drag - highlight, quote and reply.

On the Xenforo forums, if you drag and highlight someone's text, it gives you the option of quoting and replying.
Is this or is a feature that is literal 'out of the box' feature?
I ask because I can't get ours working and am unsure if it is theme issue or installation....

What version of XenForo are you running?

Also, make sure you actually have the option enabled!

If in doubt, test in an unedited, default style, with add-ons disabled.
If it works then it is style or add-on related.

I did, and still had issues, but I feel some HTML editing borked it.
I tried the correct way of debugging but it didn't work.
