when developer found potencial security issue why not allow all to upgrade files from customer area, just simple question, not suggested to do anything!

The patched files are included as attachments on the release announcements. That's the only solution available unless you have an active license.

That is one of the reasons we provide patches if possible.

When you have a subscription style update system, it means that you potentially get sizeable updates without a separate upgrade payment (like 2.0 being included with an active license). The flip side is that you may not get all bug fix releases.

We can't guarantee that we make a patch available as it depends on the issue, but we certainly do our best. Technically, we don't even lock patches down to license holders.
