XF 1.4 Search Member via URL

hey,

is it possible to search a member directly via a url with parameters instead of using this box?

I know that you can use search/search?... for the normal search but couldn't find anything about the find member search.

As an example: https://xenforo.com/community/members/?username=Mike

It's an exact username match only though.
