Add-on Search clan list add on or other!

Hello,
I am looking for a plugin which offers the following for users.
As a registered user in navi, you can click on clan and there
Category like

- pc
- console

and then add your clan.
That you can enter your clan with page, description and so on.

Is there something like that? Maybe what you need to reprogram?
