I'm writing here because I saw your profile post that you're going to rewrite the whole thing.
If this is correct, may I suggest a couple of features?

I'm one of those that uses a 'perpetual calendar'. This means I get the same message on the same date every year. You can find them on Amazon etc. I'd love to do an forum version of the same principle.
Can I schedule a thread to move to the top every year (or x time) for 24 hours (or x time),
Can I schedule a new thread with the same content to be created every x time (minutes, hours, days, weeks, months, year), even when there are already previous instances of the same post from before - this effectively starts a new thread instead of bumping an old one?

IMPORTANT: You should remove the old addon 'Scheduled Post' and remove all file from that addon.

You can delete these paths:
  • library/Nobita/ScheduledPost
  • js/Nobita/ScheduledPost
This addon I re-write anything.

Hello, I purchased and installed this add-on, but when I enable it it removes my admin account from all additional usergroups, and when I try to add them it gives me the error:

Can you put all stackes here?
 
I would like to know if there is a way to get the scheduled post to show up in the shout box. From what I can tell, the shout box only posts the new threads as they are created, not as they are scheduled, so members cannot see the threads that are scheduled to post in shout box like a real time post.
