Lack of interest save banned member IPs

It would be nice to have an option to save banned member IPs even if you prune IPs because it makes finding socksuppets a lot easier

There is and that it's built in XF2.
Just have a look for the export and import buttons when you have the banned ip address.

I believe he means saving the stored IP addresses of banned users (for the duplicate account detection).
