XF 1.2 Romanize Titles in URLs - enable it or not?

What advantages is there in ticking this option?
I couldn't find any help with this on Xenforo.

Essentially, it converts certain characters in the URL address bar into the Latin equivalent.

Thanks Brogan, so generally would you advise doing it for predominantly English speaking forums?

Generally it's more likely to be used for non English speaking forums as they will have a lot more URLs which look like the unchecked option.

I don't have it enabled on my site as we only have a couple of threads with non Latin characters in the title.
