Switch to Romanize Titles in URLs 4 years after -Good idea for SEO?

Hi,

I have a XenForo forum migrated 4 years ago from Vbulletin.
When I had installed XenForo, I had not choosen "Romanize Titles in URLs" option.
It seems that Google does not like accents very much and I would like to switch now to "Romanize Titles in URLs".
It is a french forum meaning there are a lot of accents in titles and so a lot of URLs impacted.

Do you think that activating the option now can impact badly my SEO or would you recommend me doing this?
