Fixed Rich text box fields do not link usernames

Rich text box fields support username autocompletion but subsequent usernames aren't linked correctly.

Thank you for reporting this issue. The issue is now resolved and we are aiming to include that in a future XF release (2.0.13).

Change log:

Perform standard message preparation tasks (autolink, mentions, etc) on rich text custom fields. Now also enforces message preparer-based constraints on things like length, max images, etc on rich text custom fields.

Any changes made as a result of this issue being resolved may not be rolled out here until later.
