XF 2.1 Restrict prefix to user?

I frequently use the ability to restrict use of a thread prefix to a group, but is it possible to do the same for an individual user?

(I know I could hack this by making 'groups of one', but as you can imagine I'd like to avoid that if possible).

No, it's not possible to restrict it to a single user other than via a dedicated user group.
