Restricting Maximum Attachment File Size - by user group

In the ACP, I can configure here:
/admin.php?options/groups/attachments/#attachmentMaxFileSize
How large attachments can be.

Is there an addon that allows restricting it by usergroup?
The XFMG has a built-in quota, but I could not see a built-in way to do so for the forums.
