Fixed Resources of ignored users appearing in search results

In search_result_post, the following is added to the class:

{xen:if $post.isIgnored, ' ignored'}

however, there is no equivelant code in search_result_resource_update.

As a result, resources of ignored users are still appearing in search results without the user having to click the 'Show Ignored Content' link.
