RM 1.1 Resource won't update

A user has a resource which is a word document. Updates it. The Word files have different names. Everything appears to be fine, yet when downloaded its the old resource file that downloads and not the new

Any idea what might be causing this. Thanks

What appears under the versions tab? Is the newest one in there at all?

After an upstate does the latest version ID for the resource change?

Which one of these versions is the one that keeps being downloaded and does it appear more than once?

What if you delete some of these versions manually - does that allow you to upload the correct one and have it appear?

If you reassigned the resource to yourself and did the update, do you have the same problem?

Make sure they're entering a new version ID.
