Figured I would see if anyone had some bright ideas.
I have some issues with members using wget / apache bench to download their resources repeatedly and rack up hundreds of thousands of downloads.
I wondered if anyone had some suggestions, I am using nginx.
Could possibly require login to download attachments. Or some sort of add-on that logs the IP and only tracks the download one time per IP per resource.
