Resource Icons: Clicking the Icon Opens Editor Overlay

Currently (as of this post), the only way to edit the resource icon is to click on "Edit Resource Icon." Since this is an icon and displayed similarly to how avatars are displayed on profiles, I think it would be consistent with user expectations to allow the user to click the icon on a resource you can edit opens the same Overlay as "Edit Resource Icon".
