Fixed Resource Count

This user has three resources which were posted this week, yet he is missing the resource counter and the "resources" tab in profile on this site.



For a different user, it reports a count of 1 while actually he has 4 resources.



There is a related closed bug report, but in this case both users created all of their resources after this site was upgraded to 2.0.

This is fixed now. Counts weren't being updated correctly when a resource was created. This can be resolved after upgrading by rebuilding the user resource counts in the control panel.
