XF 2.3 Template modification under specific resource category

Just like when you create a Notice, you can specify which resource category it will be displayed under.
I like to create a template modification to display some code on the resource page under a specific category X.
Like in this picture where the category id is 43.

Wrap the replacement code in a conditional for that resource

Eg

xf:if is="$resource.resource_id == 16">
    replacement code here
</xf:if>
