XF 2.3 Insert into top of resource category view template

Trying to add something in the space in red rectangular like pic here. I was working with xfrm_category_view template but couldn't put them in the exact position above.

You have highlighted the breadcrumb row - did you mean to do that?

If not use a Notice on the xfrm_overview template.

I meant to highlight the space just under the child menu items and above the breadcrumb row. This is where a Notice would appear but my template variables won't work in a Notice.

I played with thexfrm_overview template and even when I insert something (AAAA) on the very top before the title, it does not show on the top.
I think I need to insert where the Notices normally go on this template. I think PAGE_CONTAINER is where the Notices are placed?

You can edit the PAGE_CONTAINER template and use a conditional statement to only show the content on the xfrm_overview template.
