Require Multiple Q+A Captcha?

Is there a way to have multiple questions presented to registering users, in a specific order? I have 3 Qs I would like to use concurrently whereby the correct answer to 1 and 2 will yield the answer to 3. I'd like to require all 3 questions be answered correctly to register. If this is a dumb idea, or just otherwise impossible, that's fine, was just curious.
