Can it be part of XF baseline that there are two options stored for all users?

Find reports about user

This is more useful maybe only for larger forums with a big staff that might not know the quality of a users report. We have some that serial report for instance.

Add's the following report search links to each post report (reports against user/warnings against user are added to other report types);

There is also a really handy "All reports against the thread" for those super-long threads with piles of history which is added to a thread's thread tool's menu
