I had a case a while ago when I got on KH-Flare where two users reported the same spam content, one at 5:02 AM (PST) and one at 6:32 AM (PST), and I sent them an alert when I handled it, as always.
My question is do both of them get an alert or does only the one who first reported it get an alert?
