XF 1.5 Report center and "Send resolution/rejection alert"

I have noticed that even if you choose "Do not change" or "Assigned" you are still able to tick "Send resolution/rejection alert" and even fill the textbox below it. Is this as designed?

Ideally, that checkbox and its associated textbox should be displayed only when you click on "Resolved" or "Rejected". A good example of how this should work is admin.php?options/list/usersAndRegistration where only after you click on "Send welcome email on registration" you are presented with its associated form.

As with most things, yes.

It's a slightly different concept because you're talking about two options being able to hide/show one item of content; we don't actually have anything that specifically handles that scenario IIRC, not that it would be impossible to implement, of course. That said, the very wording of the checkbox should make it clear: "Send resolution/rejection alert" is only going to send an alert if the report is resolved or rejected.

I've just tested this and it doesn't appear to send alerts anyway unless you have selected resolved or rejected for the report.
