Replacing broken images

With every forum over time images that have been hotlinked make threads look horrible, is there a modification to make this better ?

I dont a quick google search and this Vietnam site seems to have done something for it but it looks like it will be file editing which im not keen on doing for ease of upgrades etc.

You realise that is a pirate/warez site you tried to link to?

There's not much you can do about URLs which break over time, the same applies to regular pages as much as it does images, YouTube videos, etc.

I didnt realise until you just said oops , just google translated it.

What they proposed in that thread was to have a default image which replaced the broken image, thought it was a good idea to tidy up old threads a little.

Like i say though, not keen on editing files so if there is nothing that does it then ill survive .
