replacement default avatars

i have both a dark style and the default light style available to my members.
unfortunately, the default xenforo avatars are quite stark against a dark page, so i have altered them.
these replacements will look quite subdued on any theme they are used on.

+note: they dont play well on a grey background

Just replace the default avatar files in your styles\default\xenforo\avatars directory.

Change the path to suit.

Just overwrite the avatar files in your existing style path, whatever that is.
If it's the default then it will be styles\default\xenforo\avatars

as far as i know, there is no way to specifically set a path to the default avatars. you would need to set a path to an entirely new directory and upload all your theme graphics to that directory.
given xF's habit of including every redundant graphic in every update, thats not a bad thing to do anyway.

Appearance > Styles > [your style] > Style Property Groups
Style Properties: General

otherwise, just upload and overwrite the originals.
