Fixed Default avatar notifications

When the board is set to have a default image avatar, the avatar doesn't appear on mobile notifications like a regular user uploaded avatar appears.

FWIW it also doesn't appear when the board is set for dynamic avatars, but I wouldn't expect for that to work as I understand that's just CSS manipulation and not an actual image.

Thank you for reporting this issue. It has now been resolved and we are aiming to include it in a future XF release (2.1.0 RC3).

Change log:

When dynamic avatars are disabled and an image-based default avatar is set, use that for push notifications from users that don't have an avatar.

Any changes made as a result of this issue being resolved may not be rolled out here until later.
