XF 2.1 Removing PayPal payment profile

I am currently accepting subscription payments via PayPal and Stripe. In the future, I want to accept payments only via Stripe.

However, the site has a lot of old subscriptions created via PayPal. How can I turn off PayPal as a payment option for new subscriptions, but continue accepting recurring payments for older subscriptions, and have old accounts update correctly?

Yes, until the member cancels the subscription in PayPal.
