Hi all,
having an odd problem with our site. looking at our payment profiles, We noticed the warning of legacy settings for Paypal and that it should change.
We have done just that, created the profile, generated the keys from the paypal end etc and all is working as expected
We seem to have a bug though, for all users that used the legacy payment option on the profile, when they come to renew, and use the new payment method we recieve payment, but, the users are no longer added to the subscriber group.
This has meant that i have had to manually assign permissions to the subscriber group, but, they are still listed as 'expired subscriptions' because i manually set the permissions.
is this a known problem? do i need to do anything to move users over to the new payment profile to ensure that the subscription auto updates/renews once payment is recieved?
