Fixed Removing formatting breaks smilies (perhaps images as well..)

Editing a post with a simile in it, selecting the text & clicking the remove formatting button & then saving results in a broken link to the smilie image.

I am unable to reproduce this on my test forum.

What browser are you using?

So I think I have this fixed on 2 fronts now. First, the broken image part of it is fixed by virtue of another bug fix. But secondly, the smilies were getting converted into image tags. I've found why that is an have done a workaround.
